Beginning June 19th, Jamaica Mi Hungry will be bringing their food to Allston! The Jamaica Mi Hungry food truck will be open for take-out Monday through Friday, 11am – 2pm, in the 182 Western Ave parking lot. In the Fall, the pop-up will transition into the restaurant space, adding dinner service to the operation (also for take-out only, as per Boston’s re-opening regulations). Menu items will include dishes like Jerk Chicken, Oxtail, coconut rice and beans, and sweet plantains, in addition to vegetarian/vegan options. Be sure to stop by this week for the opening!
The pop-up is part of Harvard’s Zone 3 Initiative, designed to energize Western Avenue with a wide variety of creative programs, pop-ups, events, and more.
